My in-person doula support includes
- 5 in-person prenatal appointments to discuss your pregnancy, birth preferences, potential fears, prior birth experiences, mentally preparing for birth, practice comfort measures, labor positions, partner support, preparing for postpartum, to get to know one another, etc.
- A printed birth support guide designed specifically for dads
- Use of everything in my birth bag during prenatal visits and your labor
- Unlimited in-person physical and emotional support during labor and birth, including photos and videos taken on my phone
- Up to three hours of immediate postpartum support following the birth*
- Basic breastfeeding support
- Professional maternity, birth, and newborn photography (add-on services)
- Unlimited text/phone call support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
- One postpartum visit, up to four hours, to support you in any way you need.
- A life-long friend!
Investment in Motherhood Photography
Offering maternity, birth, newborn, and family photography
- Maternity, Newborn, and Family sessions are available in 30 or 60-minute increments.
- Birth photography available beginning in active labor up until 2 hours after the birth.
- All galleries include fully-edited, high-quality, digitally-delivered photos.
