My in-person doula support includes
- 5 in-person prenatal appointments to discuss your pregnancy, birth preferences, potential fears, prior birth experiences, mentally preparing for birth, practice comfort measures, labor positions, partner support, preparing for postpartum, to get to know one another, etc.
- A printed birth support guide designed specifically for dads
- Use of everything in my birth bag during prenatal visits and your labor
- Birth affirmation cards for you to reflect on during your pregnancy and birth
- Unlimited in-person physical and emotional support during labor and birth, including photos and videos
- Up to three hours of immediate postpartum support following the birth*
- Basic breastfeeding support
- Unlimited text/phone call support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
- One postpartum visit, up to four hours, to support you in any way you need!
Investment in Photography
Offering maternity, birth, and newborn photography
- Maternity and Newborn sessions are available in 30 or 60-minute increments.
- Birth photography available beginning in active labor up until 1 hour after the birth.
- All galleries include an unlimited number of edited, digitally-delivered photos (total number varies based on session length, etc.).
