Investment in Doula Support

For those who are just looking for guidance in learning about their options, common interventions, and support in developing a list of birth preferences, this is for you! We can meet either virtually ($50) or in-person ($70) for up to two hours to help prepare for the birth of your dreams. This includes:

• My customized, comprehensive birth preferences list
• A birth support guide designed specifically for dads
• Other helpful handouts to aid in decision making regarding your labor and birth

I can provide day-time support beginning at $20/hour. A minimum of 3 consecutive hours must be booked, and no more than 8 consecutive hours. I will collaborate with you to determine the best date and time to support you.

• Assist with light house work
• Meal prepping
• Newborn care and feeding
• Caring for the baby and other children while you attend to your own needs
• Debrief your birth experience with you
• Support you emotionally, physically, and spiritually
• Be a supportive, non-judgmental friend

You may book additional prenatal appointments to discuss anything regarding your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum desires, or just to get to know one another better! Each additional prenatal appointment is $70.
